Memorials Terms and Conditions

Please help us maintain the beauty and tranquillity of our Garden of Remembrance by adhering to our memorial terms and conditions as set out below:

  • Only one personal memorial is permitted underneath roses, shrubs and Sanctum Vaults.  These must be no greater than 15cm in height, 15cm in width and 15cm in depth.
  • Approved personal memorials are to be shatterproof and non-perishable - No glass or crystal under any circumstances.
  • Only one vase is permitted for living memorials and Sanctum Vaults but must be plastic and no greater than 24cm in height, 13cm in width and 13cm in depth - Vases must not be removed from the Cloisters or Flower Hall.
  • No personal plants, shrubs or flowers are to be planted nearby any memorial (this does not include cut flowers which can be placed in the agreed vase, or placed on the ground without the outer wrapping for granite memorials such as mushrooms).
  • No hanging ornaments or memorials.
  • Ornaments and/or plastic vases must not be affixed to Sanctum Vaults under any circumstances.
  • No personal ornaments and/or soft toys to be attached to living memorials, tablets/plaques, benches and vases.
  • All approved personal memorials are left at the owner’s risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or theft.

Your co-operation is greatly appreciated

We reserve the right to remove any personal memorials (including hanging ornaments, breakable/perishable items and plants/shrubs/flowers planted) within our grounds if they do not comply with our terms and conditions as listed above.
