We work with internal users at Maidstone and other authorities, as commissions, and as collaboration projects (where two or more authorities have gone to the market for goods or services).
Not all authorities have the same needs, priorities or contract procedure rules. Our team make sure that work is done to meet these needs and introduce good procurement practices.
Procurement practices and the information that local authorities need are always changing. Potential service providers must understand what the authority needs and structure their proposal well. This is so that they get the highest score in the evaluation process.
Tender responses are usually well put together, but miss the key points that the authority is looking for. We can help your bid team in these aspects. For more information, email procurement@maidstone.gov.uk
