Following the determination of the KIG Ltd planning application
(MA07/2092) it is now possible to progress the draft Core Strategy.
In order to progress it is necessary determine:
·the Council’s response to the representations
made by KIG Ltd to the LDF Core Strategy;
·whether the Council should proceed now with the
process to adopt the Core Strategy prior to the final determination
of the KIG Ltd planning application appeal process, in the light of
the risks;
·whether to proceed on the same fundamental basis as
outlined in the Core Strategy Preferred Option 7C; and
toconsider
the nature of the likely modifications that should be made to the
Preferred Option 7C as the Plan is progressed.
