The Housing Renewal
Policy guides the council in delivering a range of statutory and
discretionary grants to assist residents who are vulnerable and in
need of adaptations to their homes to help improve their quality of
life. The new policy has been developed with the assistance of an
independent specialist, stakeholder organisations and service
users.
