approval for the preferred policy approaches (Regulation 18) for
the Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople Development Plan Document (Appendix 1 to
the report) and associated Sustainability Appraisal (Appendix 6 to
the report)for apublic consultation scheduled for six weeks starting on 31
October 2024 and ending at 4.30 p.m. onThursday 12 December 2024 and for the Head of Service to be
given delegated authority to finalise the format.
