Robert Kenneth Ernest Hinder - Personal - By virtue of being a Member of Boxley Parish Council. Cllr Hinder stated that whilst he had not participated in the Parish Council's discussions regarding the proposed development, he had pre-determined the application, and intended to speak and vote when it was considered.
