To approve the Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) Contaminated Land Strategy 2010.

Decision:

1.  That the Contaminated Land Strategy 2010 as attached at Appendix A to the report of the Assistant Director of Environmental Services be approved.

2.  That the Contaminated Land Strategy is fit for purpose.

 

3.  That the work on reviewing the contaminated land database be noted.
