To consider a change to the existing lease granted in favour of Mote Park (Maidstone) Indoor Bowls Club Limited (“the Club”) to enable it to obtain a loan to carry out repairs.

Decision:

That the changes to the lease outlined below are agreed and the Head of Legal Services is given authority to enter into a Deed of Variation to the lease giving effect to these proposals.
