To consider the level of fees and charges at the Vinters Park Crematorium and the Maidstone Cemetery for 2011/12.

Decision:

1. That the Fees and Charges, as set out in Appendix A of the report of the Assistant Director of Environment & Regulatory Services, be implemented from April 2011.

2. That an on going capital budget be established to fund future long term upgrading works.
