Purpose:

To consider participating in the Kent wide scheme to work with partners to provide a home insulation retrofitting service to householders in all tenures

Decision:

1.  That the Council implements a borough wide Warm Homes ECO pilot, initially targeting  the wards of High Street, Park Wood, Shepway North and Shepway South, be agreed.

 

2.  That the Council enters into a service level agreement with Enterprise plc. to deliver the Warm Homes ECO pilot be agreed.
