The Development
Manager introduced the report of the Head of Planning and
Development relating to the appeal against the Committee’s
decision to refuse application 13/1749 which would be heard at a
Public Inquiry in June 2015, and reviewing the grounds of
refusal.
The Committee gave
instructions to the Officers as to the action to be taken in
respect of this matter.
