7.	a) Election of Chairman b) Election of Vice Chairman Minutes: Resolved: That a) Councillor Sherreard be elected Chairman for the Municipal Year 2009/10; and b) Councillor Nelson-Gracie be elected Vice-Chairman for the Municipal Year 2009/10.
