Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Democratic Services Manager regarding a proposed training schedule for the municipal year 2010/11.

 

Officers confirmed that the training would be open to substitute members.  It was suggested that some of the training would be of interest to some Ward Members and Officers confirmed that, where appropriate, the relevant Ward Members would be invited to attend.

 

RESOLVED: That the training programme, as set out in paragraph 1.3.2 of the report of the Democratic Services Manager, be approved.

The Committee considered the report of the Democratic Services Manager regarding the revised Street Trading Policy incorporating the changes relating to trading in Fremlin Walk following consultation.

 

RESOLVED:  That the revised Street Trading Policy incorporating the changes relating to trading in Fremlin Walk, as detailed in paragraph 1.3.1 of the report of the Democratic Services Manager, be approved.
