That Councillor Vizzard be appointed to the vacancy on Age Concern with immediate effect and until 27 September 2012. 2. That Councillors Ash, Mrs Hinder, Vizzard and Yates be appointed to the vacancies on the Maidstone Beauvais Twinning Association with effect from 1 April 2012 for a period of 1 year.
