That the revised Data Quality Policy as set out at Appendix A to the Report of the Policy and Performance manager including:

·  Reference to particular areas of risk;

·  Reference to appropriate training for staff; and

·  A change in wording in paragraph 6 regarding performance indicators

be agreed.

1.  That the Communications Strategy 2009-12 be approved.

2.  That the Communications Strategy 2009-12 be reviewed annually to monitor progress and to take account of new initiatives such as any taken as a result of the Communities in Control White Paper.
