Emergency Housing Provision
Minutes: The Property Investment Cabinet Committee considered the report of the Director of Regeneration and Communities regarding the purchase of a property for emergency housing provision.
Members were informed that the Property Investment Advisory Panel fully supported the proposals and recommended approval.
DECISION MADE: That the recommendations be agreed.
