Application to vary conditions 1 (No activity or operation associated with the lawful use of the site (including loading and unloading to and from vehicles) shall take place outside the hours of 0600 and 2200 Monday to Friday, 0700 and 1300 on Saturdays, and at no times on Sundays or public holidays) and 2 (No deliveries shall be received or despatched outside the hours of 0700 and 1800 Mondays to Fridays, 0700 and 1300 on Saturdays, and at no times on Sundays and public holidays) of MA/08/2233 (variation of condition 7 of planning permission reference MA/03/1062 (variation of condition 19 of MA/96/0133, condition 14 of MA/01/0028 and condition 5 of 04/0956) to extend the hours of operation at Fourayes Farm, allowing operation between 0600 and 2200 Monday to Friday, 0700 and 1300 on Saturdays and at no times on Sundays or Bank Holidays, with HGV movements restricted to between 0700 and 1800 Monday to Friday, 0700 to 1300 on Saturdays and at no times on Sundays or Bank Holidays) to read as follows: Condition 1 "No activity or operation associated with the lawful use of the site (including loading and unloading to and from vehicles) shall take place outside the hours of 0600 and 2200 Monday to Friday, 0600 and 1300 on Saturdays and 0600 to 1300 on Good Friday and one nominated Bank Holiday (either 27th or 28th December) per annum during years in which Christmas Day falls on a Saturday" and Condition 2 "Between November and August, inclusive, no deliveries shall be received or despatched outside the hours of 0700 and 1900 Mondays to Fridays, 0700 to 1300 Saturdays and 0600 to 1300 on Good Friday and one nominated Bank Holiday (either 27th or 28th December) per annum during years in which Christmas Day falls on a Saturday. During September and October, no deliveries shall be received or despatched outside the hours of 0700 to 2000 Mondays to Fridays and 0700 to 1300 on Saturdays" as shown on drawing number DHA/9298/01 and described in Planning Statement DCH/9289 received 14th February 2012, as amended by letter received 31st May 2012
