• Councillor Steve Munford - Other Significant Interests - Councillor Munford disclosed an Other Significant Interest in the question to be asked of the Leader of the Council by Mr Doug Smith. He explained that he was a Member of Boughton Monchelsea Parish Council and part of the question related to the payment by the Borough Council of costs incurred by the Parish Council in obtaining Counsel’s opinion in relation to the calculation of the five year housing land supply and the treatment of windfalls.
