Report of the Democratic Services Manager - To determine the Temporary Event Notice application by Kirit Velani of Babylon Live Lounge, 15-17 King Street, Maidstone, ME14 1BA requesting to extend the hours to 04:00hrs - 10:00hrs for the sale by retail of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment on 6th May 2011 also to consider the objection received by the Chief Officer of Police on the basis that the use of the premises would undermine the crime prevention objective. |
