It is recommended that condition 13 is amended to read;

The development shall not commence until details of foul and surface water sewerage disposal and drainage have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In the interest of pollution prevention.
