1.          Introduction

1.1        To consider the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report for 2014-15.

2.          Recommendations

2.1    The Committee may like to consider the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report 2014-15 in terms of the following:

·         Presentation;

·         Content;

·         Contributions from Overview and Scrutiny Chairmen; and

·         Concluding message as Maidstone Borough Council moves to a new system of governance.

3.          Background

3.1        The Maidstone Borough Council Constitution states “Overview and Scrutiny Committees may report annually to the full Council on their workings and make recommendations for future work programmes and amended working methods if appropriate” (Part One, article 6.3 (d)).
