There is a reference to ‘swallow bricks’ within the committee report. Presumably, this should refer to ‘swift bricks’ as there is no such thing as a ‘swallow brick’.

Requested that renewable energy generation should be sought for this extension

The reference to ‘Swallow bricks’ is an admin error, and should refer to swift bricks.

The following renewables condition should be added;

The development shall not commence until details of how decentralised and renewable or low-carbon sources of energy will be incorporated into the development hereby approved to provide at least 10% of total annual energy requirements of the development, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved details shall be installed prior to first occupation and maintained thereafter;
