PIED Changes to F&C paper - 2 changes required. 

1 - Development Control Fees are now set following guidance from Central Government.

New Para 2.12 with updated £ and % and table for Building Control increases.

2.12     The overall increase in income if these changes are agreed and implemented as planned is expected to be £283,400 which amounts to a 4.9% increase in the budgeted income figure for this committee for the current financial year.

Updated building control para in 2.13 to reflect the revised F&CS

Building control – Increases in Fees that reflect new requirements for staff qualifications and service requirements set by central government.

 

Updated Appendix 1 below to reflect latest F&C page 8.

 

2 - Correction to Parking F&Cs page 6.

Sandling Road F&Cs for 24/25 have now been corrected to a 0% increase.  Error in original sheet page 6.  This change does not impact the financials.
