Purpose:
Progress report on the Community
Infrastructure Levy, including principles for populating the
regulation 123 list.
Decision:
1.
That the progress made in determining the basis for
the council to charge a Community Infrastructure Levy, including
the justification for charging by development type and by
development location, be noted.
2. That the responses to the Scrutiny Committee Recommendation Action and Implementation Plan (“SCRAIP”) as set out in Appendix 2 to the report of the Head of Planning and Development be agreed.
3. That, subject to the specific amendments suggested in the SCRAIP (as attached at Appendix 2 to the report of the Head of Planning and Development), the methodology for guidelines for determining which infrastructure is included on the list of relevant infrastructure be agreed.
