The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding changes to licensing legislation relating to Early Morning Restriction Orders (“EMRO’s”) and the Late Night Levy (“LNL”).
RESOLVED: That the report be noted and the position reviewed if approaches are made from the appropriate partners.
