Apologies were received from Councillors Garland, McLoughlin and Powell.

It was noted that Councillor Ells was substituting for Councillor Powell, Councillor Mrs Ring was substituting for Councillor Garland and Councillor D Burton was substituting for Councillor McLoughlin.

It was noted that the following were present as Visiting Members:-

Councillors Cuming, Daley, English, Fissenden, Mrs Grigg, Mrs Hinder, Mrs Joy, D Mortimer, Munford, Naghi, Newton, Perry, Prendergast, Mrs Robertson, Mrs Springett, Mrs Stockell, Vizzard, Webb and Wilby.

RESOLVED:  That Councillor Mrs Blackmore be elected as the

Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the Municipal Year 2016/17.
