KCC Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places (Variations 39) Order 2021
The KENT COUNTY COUNCIL acting as the local traffic authority and in exercise of its powers under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1) and (2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘The Act’), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby proposes to make the following Order:
Commencement and Citation
This Order may be cited as “The Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Maidstone) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Variation No 39 Order 2021” and shall come into force on the
xx day of xxxx 2021.
Amendments and Modifications
“The Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Maidstone) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2017” (‘the Order’) shall have effect as though –

The following shall be inserted in the First Schedule of the Order of 2017 [No Waiting at Any Time] in the correct sequence:
