The Kent County Council as traffic authority propose to make the above-named orders
a)For safety reasons in order to prohibit waiting at all times at certain junctions to preserve sight lines facilitate turning movements.
b) To improve the air quality by improving traffic flow and reducing congestion.
c)To ensure and facilitate free flow of traffic and access/egress
d)To improve levels of available parking and manage parking demands.
e) For preserving or improving the amenities of the area through which the road runs.
as indicated in the documents and map deposited.
