CIL and S106 reporting
Access developer contributions (public-facing module)
We are working with Exacom to improve transparency around Section 106 (S106) and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) income and expenditure. Our new public-facing online database makes it easier to explore this information.
You can search for developer contributions by parish, ward, or district and discover:
- estimated CIL and S106 income due
- contributions received to date
- funds allocated to infrastructure projects
- funds distributed to parish and town councils for local spending
This tool is designed to support community awareness and accountability in infrastructure funding.
Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS)
The IFS is published annually to ensure transparency. It Includes:
- Infrastructure to be funded by CIL and S106
- reports on receipts
- allocation reports
- expenditure reports
