Report a problem with a park or play area

We work hard to improve and repair our parks and play areas. If something is wrong, you can tell us about it.

Tell us about a problem

We need to know:

  • the name of the park or play area
  • where it is using the map or what3words
  • what the problem is

You can upload photos if you have them.

Report

What happens next

Our grounds maintenance team will look at your report. They aim to fix problems within seven working days. Broken or damaged equipment will be checked within two working days, but it may take longer to fix it.

Accident reports will be sent to our health and safety officer. They will fill out an accident form as soon as they can.
