Maidstone Borough in Bloom Competition
The Maidstone Borough in Bloom competition opens for entries on 1 April 2023 for everyone who loves to create beautiful gardens and pots.
We work with Coolings Garden Centre in Bearsted to run the competition and awards ceremony. The competition is free to enter with categories ranging from individual pots to entire gardens. Category winners are awarded prizes of up to £25 of Coolings vouchers.
Entries open on Saturday 1 April 2023 and close Friday 30 June 2023. Judges will start inspecting all gardens, pots or allotments during July.

- front garden
- back garden
- planted pot, trough or hanging basket
- allotment plot
- pollinator/environmentally friendly garden
- commercial garden or horticultural display
- school garden
- community project
An awards ceremony for all entrants will take place on Wednesday 13 September 2023 at Coolings The Gardener’s Garden Centre in Knockholt, Sevenoaks.
