If you live in Maidstone, you can pay to have your garden waste collected. We collect garden waste every two weeks on your usual collection day. We do not collect during the Christmas break.

A bin costs £53.50 for a year of collections. The service runs from 1 July to 30 June. If you join during the year, the cost will be based on how many months are left.

New bins cost £10.50 to be delivered.

Please have your debit or credit card ready to pay.

Extra bins

Each home can have up to three bins. You can add an extra bin at any time.

Renew

You must pay to renew your subscription. If you do not renew, your collections will stop.

We will contact you by email or text message when it is time to renew. If it has expired, you will need to subscribe again.

What happens next

We will send you a permit sticker by post. It may take up to 10 days to arrive. New bins can take up to 10 days to be delivered.

Permit stickers

We will send you a permit sticker for each bin. You must stick it on the back of your bin, below the handles.

Bins without a sticker will not be emptied and may be removed. If yours is lost or damaged, you can request a new one.
