The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) is a new government scheme. It helps people and families who need support, especially those on low incomes. It replaces the Household Support Fund, which ended in March 2026.

About the fund

The fund provides short-term emergency help to people struggling with money or facing a sudden change in their lives. It also gives support and advice to help people become more financially secure in the future.

We are working with partners to decide how the fund will work. We will update this page when more information is available.
