1.  That the outcome of the discussion concerning a Kent wide Common Assessment Framework (CHAF) be noted.

2.  That delegated authority be given to the Head of Housing & Community Services to enter into discussion with the West Kent local housing authorities to explore the potential for a shared service for the housing register.
