1.  That the list of changes made to the Maidstone Landscape Character Assessment 2012 following the Proofing Workshop held in March 2013 (as attached at Appendix A to the report of the Chief Executive) be agreed.

2.  That the amended Maidstone Landscape Character Assessment 2012 (2013 amended version) (as attached at Appendix B to the report of the Chief Executive) be approved.

3.  That parts of the adopted Maidstone Borough Council Landscape Character Assessment and Landscape Guidelines 2000 be saved as the Maidstone Landscape Character Assessment Supplement 2012 (as attached at Appendix C to the report of the Chief Executive).

4.  That the methodology of the Landscape Value Pilot Study including the identification of the Medway Valley as the proposed Pilot Study Area (as attached at Appendix Dto the report of the Chief Executive) be endorsed.
