This report will update the committee on the progress made since implementing the new the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. The report will update in regards to the work that has been undertaken and will identify the need to revise the fees and charges for each activity, as well as introduce new charges for activities not identified in previous fee setting.
