To consider the detail of the Council's
intervention in respect of empty homes
Decision:
1. That the new Empty Homes Plan, as set out at Appendix 1 to the report of the Head of Housing and Community Services, be adopted.
2. That delegated authority be given to the officers specified in the Action Plan to take the actions contained within the Empty Homes Plan.
