The
Committee considered the report and urgent update report of the
Head of Planning and Development.
RESOLVED: That
permission be granted subject to the conditions set out in the
report, as amended by the urgent update report, with the amendment
of Conditions 2 and 13, to read as follows:

Reason:
For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper
planning.
Condition 13 (amended)
Prior
to first occupation of any residential unit facilities for the
storage of domestic refuse shall be in place in accordance with
details that have previously been submitted to and approved in
writing by the local Planning Authority and shall be maintained as
such thereafter.
Reason:
To ensure a satisfactory appearance to the development and a high
quality of design.
