Review of a Private Hire Drivers Licence

Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding action required in response to a notification received from the metropolitan Police with regard to a conviction for an offence under section 46 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 of using an unlicensed private hire vehicle.
