Street Trading Consent - Mr D Bolesworth

Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding an application for a street trading consent to sell ice cream in Week Street, outside M&S/Ann Summers.

 

RESOLVED: That a consent be granted for 6 months to enable trading in ice cream and the queues involved to be reviewed as this is one of the busiest areas of town.

Street Trading Consent - Fremlin Walk

Minutes:

The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding an application for a variation to a condition of Fremlin Walk’s existing consent LN/000004869 to include additional goods as follows:-

 

Sushi, Salads, Gourmet Sausages & Burgers, Pizzas, Jacket Potatoes, Preserves, Pickles & Condiments, Rice and Noodles.

 

RESOLVED: That the addition of Sushi, Salads, Preserves, Pickles & Condiments be granted and consideration of the application relating to addition of Gourmet Sausages & Burgers, Pizzas, Jacket Potatoes, Rice and Noodles be deferred to allow the applicant the opportunity to provide further information to enable a decision.
