Issue - decisions

a)  That the responses to the SCRAIP from the Planning, Transport and Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee (attached at Appendix A to the report of the Chief Executive) be agreed.

b)  That the consultation plan for the Maidstone Borough Local Plan (MBLP) as attached at Appendix B to the report of the Chief Executive be agreed.
