That, subject to the SCRAIP (attached as Appendix C to the report of the Head of Planning and Development), the planning policy advice notes (attached as Appendices A and B to the report of the Head of Planning and Development), be adopted as planning policy advice notes that will advise decision making when determining planning applications.
