Report to Full Council fo pass a resolution
under paragraph 25 of schedule 14 of the Local Government Act 1972
resolving that the provisions of sections 17 and 18 of the Public
Health Act 1925 (relating to street naming and alteration of street
names) shall apply throughout the Borough of Maidstone.
