To consider the acquisition of land and property
Decision Made
1.
That the partnership between Maidstone Borough Council and Kent County
Council be continued to achieve the purchase of the land and property at a
ceiling price split 50:50 between the two authorities;
2.
That alternatives be investigated should negotiations with the land
owner fail.
