Report of the Head of Planning and Development - Community Infrastructure Levy: Draft Charging Schedule Submission
Issue for Decision
To report on the representations received in response to the Draft Charging Schedule publication, to agree minor changes to the Draft Regulation 123 List and to consider a recommendation to Council that the Draft Charging Schedule be submitted for examination.
Decision Made
1)
That the revised Draft Regulation 123 List as set out in Appendix B to
the report of the Head of Planning and Development be approved;
2)
That the officer responses to the representations received on the Draft
Charging Schedule as set out in Appendix C to the report of the Head of
Planning and Development be noted;
3) That the Council be recommended to approve the Community Infrastructure Levy: Draft Charging Schedule (set out in Appendix A), and Draft Regulation 123 List (Appendix B) for submission to the Planning Inspectorate in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).
