East Farleigh Parish Council has confirmed that they will be unable to send a representative to Planning Committee tonight, as they received the notification letter by post today (20th August 2015). The Council’s records show that the notification letter was sent by e-mail and post on the 12th August. As such, it is considered that East Farleigh Parish Council were suitably notified, and this is not considered a reason to defer this application.
East Farleigh Parish Council wishes to reaffirm their support for the planning application.
