Subject to referral to The National Casework Unit and no new material planning issues being raised as a result of the publicity of this application as a departure from the provisions of the development plan (publicity period expires 26/2/16), the Head of Planning and Development be given delegated powers to grant planning permission subject to the following planning conditions:
