This application, though seeking outline planning permission, was not seeking approval of any reserved matters as sufficient information had been submitted to determine all reserved matters at this stage.


Consequently should Members be minded to approve the application detailed planning permission would effectively be granted. The description of the application therefore needs to be amended to reflect this.


Amended description:


“Provision of a new access driveway to Barming Water Tower from driveway of No. 80 Rede Wood Road comprising demolition of existing garage and construction of a new drive across rear garden of No 80;  Construction of new single garage at rear;   Extension of existing driveway to Water Tower”
