1.       APPOINTMENT OF OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE MEMBERS

                                    

1.1     At the Council meeting on 22 September 2010 it was resolved to appoint substitute Members to Overview and Scrutiny Committees

 

1.2     The Conservative and Liberal Democrat Group Leaders have decided on the Members they wish to appoint as substitute Members for the Overview and Scrutiny Committees.  Appendix A sets out the wishes of the Group Leaders.              

2.       RECOMMENDED:

2.1     That the appointment of substitute Members for Overview and Scrutiny Committees as set out at Appendix A be approved to reflect the wishes of the Conservative and Liberal Democrat Group Leaders.
