Overseas HGV issues, the strategy seeks to identify the impact and methodology of mitigating the use of the Kent road network by freight operators. 

The full public consultation is due to be completed by the end of July.  KCC Highways are committed to delivering the actions for the plan and will be appointing a specific Freight Officer to work on the actions.  The pilot scheme for Lorry watch is being developed with the help of Leeds and Langley Parish Councils supported by Kent Association of Local Councils
